Although it was the second day of school at Fredericksburg ISD, the superintendent allowed me to take off and capture this historical video of the flooding at the Colorado River bridge at Altair. Taken at 9:10am, the river was close to 41.3 feet. The river finally crested around 3:40pm at roughly 42.2 feet. Winds were 40mph at 150'.
